LAUREN BAYNE eats-sleeps-breathes the parent demographic. Her passion for family-friendly creative began soon after she became a mom and noticed how quickly her relationship with brands had changed now that she had offspring.

So much so, that after spending 15+ years in the advertising industry as a copywriter, creative recruiter and entrepreneur, working on brands such as Pennzoil, Chili’s, AT&T, United Healthcare, Macaroni Grill & Southwest Airlines; Lauren set forth to start one of the only creative shops in the country specializing in advertising to families.

In 2015, Offspring was born and Lauren has put her passion and expertise into multi-media executions for Deep Eddy Vodka, Dell Children's Medical Center and SmartyPants Vitamins, to name a few. She leverages her extended partner network to provide clients creative development, research, strategy, brand activations, content creation and production, as well as digital influencer programs.  

Lauren believes whole-heartedly that when you become a parent, everything changes. Especially the way you shop. From cars, to clothes, to groceries, to even the vacations you take; parenthood is a record scratcher that affects our purchases, our decisions and our souls.
